Returns

We are a B2B shopping site and as such all sales are final. However, we offer you the right to return any item bought from our website within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as:
• It is in the original packaging and unused.
• Any seals must be unbroken.
• The item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a completed Return Slip. The Return Slip is available upon request. Simply contact our customer service at info@sanibelsupply.com.

You should return the item(s) prepaid and insured by a carrier of your choice and expense. Remember to note down the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Sanibel will refund the purchase price, except Shipping and Handling Charges, to the credit card account used in the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Incorrect Delivery

We do all we can to deliver your products in the correct quantity and condition. If you find that we have made a mistake, e.g., by sending you an incorrect item, we kindly ask you to send an email to info@sanibelsupply.com. A customer service representative will contact you to correct the problem

If you are asked to return an item, you must include a completed Return Slip. The Return Slip is available upon request. Simply contact our customer service at info@sanibelsupply.com. Please note that the product must be returned in the original packaging.

Damaged Deliveries

If the outside of the shipping box was damaged upon receipt of the item, you should notify the UPS/DHL driver immediately.
