Delivery and Returns


Method: UPS Ground is the normal method of shipment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and Handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated according to UPS Standard Rates. These rates currently are available at: http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/shipping/cost/zones/standard_list_rates.html.

Title/Risk of Loss: All shipments are FOB Sanibel’s facility. Title to products and risk of loss passes from Sanibel to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Timing of Shipments: All in stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order (except weekends and holidays). In the event that an item is out of stock, a Sanibel Customer Service Representative will notify you of the delay and ship any other items ordered under in stock guidelines.

Return Policy (Audiometers and Tympanometers excluded, see separate policy below)
Sanibel Supply® has a “no-hassle” return policy. This means that a product* bought from sanibelsupply.com will be accepted for return within 21 days from date of purchase, even if it was opened or used. Sanibel Supply® will refund the purchase price, except shipping and handling charges, without questions when the item(s) being returned are accompanied by a completed Return Slip (to the credit card account used in the original purchase). The Return Slip will be included with each shipment. *audiometers and tympanometers excluded

Warranty and Return Policy for audiometers and tympanometers
All new instruments is for a period of one year to be free of defects due to workmanship under normal use. Instruments that have an out of the box failure will be replaced at the discretion of the company. Used instruments will have a 6-month limited warranty. Warranty covers parts, labor and shipping from the manufacture and will receive calibration certification at no charge.
